About
hello! i’m Desi
Wife, mother, Strength & nutrition coach
I’m a wife, mom of five, and proud mother-in-law. My greatest loves are my faith, my family, and helping women become stronger and healthier through nutrition and strength training.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from BYU–Idaho and hold certifications in nutrition and fitness coaching through Macro University and N1 Education. I am also a Women’s Coaching Specialist through Girls Gone Strong, with additional training in biomechanics from Lifting Lindsay’s Biomechanics Course—allowing me to deliver results-driven, individualized coaching for women.
My passion for health became deeply personal when both my mom and my best friend were diagnosed with different types of cancer. Their doctors explained that maintaining muscle and a healthy body weight could give them the best chance to fight their disease. That experience strengthened my belief in the power of strength training and proper nutrition to support long-term health.
As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, my faith and family guide everything I do. My goal is to help women build muscle, fuel their bodies well, and create sustainable habits so they can feel strong, confident, and healthy for years to come.

THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS…
- PINK! From fingernails to blush and my very first boom box, I’ve loved every shade since I was a little girl. I’m a proud, unapologetic girly-girl.
- Our Country & the 4th of July. Growing up in an Air Force family gave me a serious love for all things red, white, and blue. We go all out for fireworks, flags, and celebration every year!
- Fries! Yes… fries. Life’s too short not to enjoy them, and I’m a big believer that everything is fine in moderation. *McDonalds are my fave*
- Being warm & cozy. After a long day, you’ll find me snuggled on the couch under a blanket with my husband and kids, its truly my little happy place.
